If you received the wrong item or a damaged product:

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

  Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
  
  
  
  

📬 Return Address

Returns must be sent to our warehouse address. Please contact igoaestheticssupplies@gmail.com before shipping anything back to receive authorization and instructions.
